Personal training is available in-person and virtually. You can book private, partner or small group 60 minute training sessions. Every new client will begin with a movement assessment aimed to establish your fitness level and any injuries.
You will receive personalised and periodised workouts with your goals in mind. On the spot corrections and adjustments to ensure proper form and safe movement patterns.
